Colback’s unique bi-component fibre technology gives you flexibility in fibre Dtex, a choice of skin polymer, and the opportunity to use special additives for specific end-uses. So whatever kind of filter you’re producing, we have the ideal, high-performing, cost-effective support layer.

Pleated filters designed with Colback filter media supports have less chance of pressure drops, and can have more pleats. With outstanding rigidity and stability, they can also carry more weight than filters that use conventional synthetic support media.

Filtration for many uses

You can use the Colback P, W, V and VX series as the support layer for activated carbon in cabin air interior filters, engine air intake filters, room air purifier filters, and high-performance HVAC absorption filters.

Choice of polymers

Colback P-series non-wovens have polypropylene as the skin polymer, and the    F-series uses copolyester. Both enable good bonding when melting blown-based filtration layers – so you can expect outstanding performance whichever polymer you need for your filter support layer.
